Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc., located at

13710 Struthers Road, Suite 100

Colorado Springs, CO 80921

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
• Open to residents of Colorado, USA.
• Employees of Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc., their immediate family members, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway starts on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a $500 gift card to The Broadmoor Hotel.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Follow Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc. Instagram account @murphys.custom.homes.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag at least three friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
4. Submit the entry form via .

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Saturday, December 21, 2024 after the close of the giveaway timeframe.
• The winner will be announced on Instagram and contacted via the email or phone number provided in the entry form.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to provide their name, email, and phone number.
• This information will be used for contacting the winner and for marketing purposes in accordance with Murphy’s Custom Homes’s privacy policy, available at https://murphyscustomhomes.com/privacy-policy/. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. General Conditions

• Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other factors beyond its control.
• Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.

10. Release of Liability

• By entering, participants release Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc. and The Broadmoor Hotel from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

11. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Murphy’s Custom Homes, Inc. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
